Shepherds Estate The Shepherds estate is a small private estate in Second Life founded in September 2008 by Adonis Winkler. The three regions are for residential usage with some small shops near the music venues. You may rent a vacant rental property or buy a parcel of land on this estate (see rental boxes and ‘For Sale’ signs). You don’t need a Linden premium account because you do not deal with Linden Labs. Take some time to explore the estate and if you decide to stay, you will be very welcome. It’s a friendly place, though we respect people’s privacy, so please do not enter someone’s house unless you are invited. The waterways are mostly public and are usually the best way to travel around the estate without entering residents’ private property. I love to explore the Second Life world and I built my own estate with five nicely-designed regions. I sell land and rent out homes for any SL members.
